The carpenter made the model frame of foundation. He crossed the reinforcing rod of the bathroom and bath, and made those model frame.

From November 1 to 8th in 1999
The carpenter made the model frame of the fermentation tank in succession in October. If we spend a reinforcing rod and steel separator in the fermentation tank, those corrode and it is invaded by the material of bio-gas, and become the cause that the gas and liquid leak. Therefore he made the model frame with the difficult condition that does not use them at all. We designed the upper part to dome form structure, to do the pressure of the interior and exterior evenly. Therefore, especially he was difficult to make it. A lot of muddy water accumulated there whenever it rains because we were the work in the middle of a big hole also, and we ladled it and discarded. Last, we plugged the Hume pipe for the input and ejection, and it finished.

We poured concrete into the model frame of the fermentation tank with the carpenter. Because he did not use separators, he held down the model frame with square lumber. However, the model frame has swollen out when we put in concrete there, and he increased the square lumber for a support in a hurry. The photograph under the left is the model frame of the cover of the manhole where used a plastic tub.

The carpenter removed the exterior model frame of the fermentation tank. After that we buried the fermentation tank. It is to keep warm and urge fermentation. We removed the cover of the manhole.

　The carpenter made the model frame of the ejection tank (the liquid manure tank).
