March	Made the floor of the hydro power plant and base of the reservoir by using concrete. Plumbed the water pipe and drainpipe of the water mill.
April	Almost completed the reservoir. From the foundation to completion of the framing of the hydro power plant.

From June	Plumbed the waterworks and drainage of the residence. The cut of the material.
October	Adjusted the water power generator. Made the floor of the residence and base of the fermentation tank by using concrete.
November	Made the model frame of the fermentation tank and poured concrete there. Made the model frame of the foundation of the residence and ejection tank.
December	Poured concrete into the model frame of the ejection tank. Made the foundation of the residence by using concrete and laid the foundations of timber.

January	The completion of the framing of our residence. Attached the rafters, gables, roofing, etc.
February	Attached the chimney, joists, diagonal beams, sashes of several places, etc.
March	Shingled the roof.
